Mobility Programs

The aim of mobility programme activities is not necessarily to create bilateral exchanges, but rather to attract people who can contribute to the development and internationalisation of the participating organisations.

Organisations receiving support from mobility programmes must ensure that mobility opportunities are offered to participants from all backgrounds in an inclusive and fair manner.

The benefits for universities and organizations are a more attractive portfolio of students and employees from participating organizations and the opportunity to develop innovative projects with partners from all over the world.

Mobility programs provide education and scientific research opportunities for students and employees, thus supporting the internationalization and institutional development of universities and organizations.

When selecting participants from among students and staff to take part in project activities, key factors such as motivation and personal development, the learning needs of the participants and the benefits resulting from their professional development should be taken into account.

During the preparation and implementation of mobility activities, the sending and receiving organisations should involve the participants in a way that ensures maximum benefits from the specific activity for each participant.
