Open Day at the University (TUKE) and especially Open Day at the Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE is a perfect opportunity to get to know the university and the faculty in person and get answers to questions that interest you.

Applicants for study at the Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE and the public have the opportunity to freely and without obligation view the premises of the Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE, have the opportunity to personally meet students, graduates and teachers of the faculty and learn information about the faculty, study programs, admission procedure and organization of studies, study abroad opportunities, cooperation of the faculty with domestic and foreign institutions, application of graduates of individual study programs in practice, but also about extracurricular activities.

The Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE regularly participates in exhibitions and fairs, where it presents not only the possibilities of studying at the faculty to the lay and professional public, but also the results achieved in the scientific and research field.

The Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE is regularly visited by high school students, to whom we present the possibilities of studying at the faculty, the faculty premises, the material and technical equipment of laboratories and classrooms, and especially the atmosphere of our faculty.

The Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE regularly visits high schools, where it presents to high school students, in addition to professional lectures from selected areas of civil engineering, study programs, the admissions process, opportunities for foreign mobility and the application of faculty graduates in practice, as well as students' leisure activities.

The management of the Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE regularly meets with faculty students at least twice a year, the aim of which is to listen to the needs and suggestions of our students, not only in the area of current and future studies and their organization at the faculty, but also their requirements for the culturalization of the faculty and other common spaces in which students spend time, as well as to seek opportunities for mutual cooperation in organizing presentation, sports and cultural events, but also about current activities and planned visions of the faculty in the area of cooperation with practice and with other educational and research institutions at home and abroad, and about the joint intensive building of a positive image of the faculty.

The Scientific Council of the Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE is a collegial body of the faculty's academic self-government, which decides on fundamental issues of the faculty, in particular by discussing the faculty's long-term plan, approving study programs, evaluating the scientific and professional level of the faculty, also deciding on the faculty's personnel development (habilitation/inauguration procedure), approving criteria for filling the positions of associate professors and professors at the faculty, etc.

The academic space during the Academic Community of the Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE is a common space of students, university teachers and researchers, in which everyone who cares about our "alma mater" should actively participate.

The Academic Senate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE organizes the Academic Community of the Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE at least once a year.
