Join Us at the Thriving in Health & Technology University Innovation Ecosystems Conference – May 2025

Dear Partners,

We are excited to announce the upcoming conference, Thriving in Health and Technology University Innovation Ecosystems: The Future Generation’s Paths to Success in Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, which will take place on May 19-20, 2025, at Obuda University in Budapest. This event promises to be an exceptional platform for collaboration, learning, and inspiration!

Day 1: May 19, 2025 - Plenary Session & Interactive Workshops

The first day will feature an inspiring plenary session with renowned keynote speakers, all of whom have achieved remarkable success in the fields of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. They will share their valuable insights on their journeys to excellence.

In the afternoon, we will host 15 interactive workshops centered on topics that matter most to young researchers and innovators. These workshops aim to spark engaging discussions, explore the expectations and challenges faced by the next generation, and gather valuable input for an action-research study that we plan to publish in an English-language academic journal with impact factor.

We encourage MSc/PhD students, early-stage researchers, and innovators to actively participate in these workshops. If you represent a foreign university delegating more than 5 participants, we would love to invite workshop moderators to join us as co-authors for this important research.

Participation on Day 1 is free, but registration is required. Further details can be found in the attached sheet.

Day 2: May 20, 2025 - SACI 2025 Satellite Workshop

On Day 2, the conference will transition into a regular scientific conference and serve as a satellite workshop for the 19th IEEE International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI 2025). This day will focus on presenting cutting-edge research from MSc and PhD students in various disciplines.

We invite researchers to submit papers on topics related to the conference theme. The deadline for paper submissions is February 7, 2025, and there is a 300 EUR student registration fee.
