INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION

The activities of the Institute of Technology, Economics and Management in Construction are focused on complex approaches and innovative potential of construction, technological, economic and environmental contexts of construction and construction projects, with significant support of information technologies for digitalization and virtualization of processes related to design, modeling, management and optimization of construction processes. Educational activities are focused on the interaction of construction technologies and construction processes, economic and legislative contexts of sustainability of construction and construction projects, marketing aspects of construction business, information and data management of construction, as well as parametric and mathematical formulation of engineering tasks. The research activity is oriented towards increasing the efficiency of the construction industry, built on product and process innovations of building structures and technologies, digitalization of parameters of information models of buildings and development of tools for creation, management, use and sharing of information in the field of construction, through technologies operating on the Smart Factory/Construction platform.
